Which personal data do we process and why?
If you fill in the contact form on our website, we will keep the details you enter. We store your first name, last name, telephone number, e-mail address, message, IP address and time of sending safely. This is necessary in order to be able to communicate with you in the correct way.
When you subscribe to our newsletter, your first and last name and your email address are stored. We need these data to be able to send you the newsletter and share practical information, novelties, events and services. These data are stored until you unsubscribe from our newsletter.
When you become a customer at ESTL, we store a number of extra information about you, such as your company name, address details and invoicing data.
Your data is securely stored in our mail management system Mautic and our customer management system VTiger. These partners are also GDPR compliant.

Only ESTL uses your data. We therefore DO NOT share your data with third parties.
How long do we keep your data?
ESTL will keep your personal data up to 1 month after you have unsubscribed from our newsletter.
How do we protect your data?
We make every effort to take all reasonable and appropriate steps to protect the personal information we hold in our possession against misuse, loss or unauthorized access. We do this on the basis of a number of appropriate technical and organizational measures. This also includes measures to deal with suspicions of data breaches.
