Tests in accordance with EUMOS 40509:2020: generates precise acceleration profiles between 0.1g and 0.8g (in 0.1g increments) that comply with the most stringent European transportation guidelines.
Linear motor technology: a unique, extremely precise drive system that ensures rapid g-force build-up (≤ 50 ms) and a constant acceleration level.
No special foundation is required: the frame is equipped with leveling legs and linear guides that distribute the weight optimally. There are no special requirements for your laboratory’s concrete floor.
Extra-long range (> 5 meters): A travel distance of 5.5 meters makes it possible to perform not only the standard EUMOS profiles but also custom, longer acceleration tests.
Load flexibility: Suitable for various pallet sizes (e.g., Euro pallets to CP7 pallets) thanks to the adjustable side walls.

Heavy-Duty Construction & Cargo Protection
Dimensionally stable sled system:The moving platform is specially designed to minimize deflection. A non-slip finish prevents the pallet from slipping during the acceleration process.
Adjustable walls:equipped with an adjustable straight back wall (to adjust the clearance to the pallet size) and an angled wall.
Safety stops:Both ends of the guide rails are equipped with mechanical shock absorbers to safely catch the platform in the event of a power failure.
Integrated Safety
SICK light curtains:protect the front and sides of the system during testing, while keeping the machine easily accessible for loading and unloading.
Dual emergency stop:located on both the central control column and the portable remote control.
Measurements & Deformation Analysis
The MJL-2000 is controlled by an integrated industrial PC with a 15-inch touchscreen and includes three powerful software modules:
1. AxxiControl (HMI):easy selection of EUMOS acceleration profiles, manual control, and test visualization.
2. AxxiVision+ (AI Stereo Vision Camera System):
Uses two HD cameras (up to 160 fps) in a stereo configuration to create a real-time depth map of the cargo.
Built-in LED lighting in the machine walls ensures perfect lighting at all times.
Automatically captures the elastic and permanent deformation of the load and generates clear video files with measurement overlays.
3. AxxiReporting (reporting tool):
Automatically generates professional measurement reports of all tests performed for your customers or quality records.
Easy operation & support
