Smart design:
Stable circular tilting mechanism:Unlike standard tilting tables, the PTT-1500 moves the platform using special roller guides. This ensures that the pallet’s center of gravity always remains within the frame, eliminating the risk of tipping, even at maximum tilt.
Load protection:The platform is equipped with a rubber anti-slip mat, a mechanical stop bar, and adjustable side rails (5° to 20°). If the load shifts, it is securely contained and prevented from falling to the ground.
Integrated safety:
Side guards:fixed safety barriers on both sides of the machine.
SICK light curtains:At the front, SICK light curtains ensure unobstructed and easy access during loading and unloading, while also providing the necessary safety during testing.
Dual emergency stop:equipped with two easily accessible emergency stop buttons on the control column and on the remote control
Measurements & Deformation Analysis
Depending on your needs, the deformation of the load can be mapped in two ways:
1. Standard (ultrasonic sensor): This allows you to measure, without tools and at a desired height, the maximum deformation during the test, as well as the residual displacement difference afterward.
2. Optional: AxxiVision AI Camera System: If you choose this option, an advanced stereo vision camera system with AI algorithms will track the entire perimeter of the pallet. The system automatically generates:
An overlay image that immediately shows the differences before and after the test.
A video recording that shows the distortion frame by frame.
