Test programs:
- The circumferential scan measures and evaluates your tire over its entire circumference. In addition to the radial stroke, statistical values over the outer diameter as over the groove depths are also determined. This is done at different, discrete, preconfigured locations across the width of the tire, leading to unique characteristic values for each location.
- With the cross-section scan, you obtain a visual representation of the cross-section of the tire in the form of a two-dimensional plot. On top of this, important and characteristic dimensions are calculated, such as outer diameter, crown radius, tire width, etc. In addition, we assess the distribution of tread grooves in relation to the tire width.
- Our axial stroke scan looks at the sidewall of the tire at a specific diameter and determines statistical values about the present stroke in the axial direction. This axial stroke can be measured at various preconfigured discrete locations.
All measured data and calculated values can be stored in structured reports and Excel files. This makes it easy to generate the data again. No more discussions during meetings about the accuracy of manually measured dimensions - everything is in black and white!
